Overview
Model NJP-1200 mid-speed auto capsule filler provides high precision dosing of powders, pellets, granules. It is based on the traditional products with new technological advantages after improved the processing-manufacturing such as easy operation, excellent cost performance, particularly economical and impressive with its practicability and high degree of availability. All mateiral contact parts are made of high quality stainless steel to meet the cGMP standard, according with CE & ISO aspects. It comes with one set of capsule sized changeable parts, a dust collection unit, powder recovery unit, a built-in air compressor unit and a water cooling system. Features 1. Capsule positioning system makes empty capsules available rate of 100%, filled capsules rate of >99%. 2. Designed for filling and clsoing of up to 72, 000 capsules per hour. 3.
