Overview
Model DTJ-V /C is a new Semi-auto capsule filler which is a improved machine, results in faster production, quiet, more accurate filling, safe operation, simple miantenance, easy clean and less labor, meeting GMP requirement. It is idea for start-up companines, small batches or pharmaceutical R&D applicattions. It comes with one set of capsule sized changeable parts and related attachment tools. Features 1. All material contact parts made of stainless steel, meet G. M. P requirement. 2. Infinitely variable speed of filling capsules with independent powder and fix point filling that result in accurate dosage. 3. The filling amount can be adjusted by the number of rotations of the dosing disc. The powder feeder also has agitator to regulate the powder filling. 4. Very short changeover time, less than 30 minites required, easily, simply and precisely. 5. The machine comes with one set of capsule sized changeable part. 6.
